We are seeking compassionate Therapists to support families at risk of separation or reunification through our expanding Intensive Family Preservation (IFP) and Intensive Family Reunification (IFR) programs.
You will provide crisis intervention, therapeutic support, and assessments in family homes and via Telehealth. Collaborate with social workers and community providers to develop tailored service plans. Build trust and advocate for families’ well-being, tracking progress and documenting outcomes. Candidates must be licensed or in internship programs, experienced in high-stress family situations, and comfortable traveling between Lincoln and Omaha.
