Seeking a full-time RN Supervisor to oversee nursing care at a skilled nursing facility in Indiana, PA. The shift is 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM, three days per week, with rotating weekends and holidays, plus a $3.50/hr shift differential.
Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, administering medications and IV therapy, conducting resident rounds, and assisting with care plans. Must have an active PA nursing license, at least one year of long-term care experience, CPR certification, and strong leadership skills.
