We are seeking a reliable Weekend RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts at our skilled nursing facility in Socorro, NM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise nursing staff, including LPNs and CNAs
- Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure resident safety and quality care
- Act as the clinical decision-maker and point of contact on weekends
- Monitor resident conditions, support medication management, and ensure documentation accuracy
- Address staffing needs and operational issues promptly
- Participate in incident follow-up and promote teamwork and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in New Mexico
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Leadership, assessment, and critical-thinking skills
- Strong communication and independent decision-making abilities
