Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive physical exams and order diagnostic tests for diagnosis and treatment.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for various conditions.
- Order and interpret lab tests, including phlebotomy and spinal taps.
- Provide patient education on disease management and prevention.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Eligible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with active Tennessee license and DEA number.
- Current ACLS, DOT certification (or willingness to obtain), and registration with CAQH.
- Strong clinical skills, proficiency in documentation, and excellent communication.
- Commitment to patient care and ongoing medical education.
