We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee home health care services in the Schenectady area.
Pay ranges from $85,880 to $90,000 annually, with a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:30AM-5:00PM. The role involves conducting on-site supervisory visits, providing clinical orientation, performing assessments, counseling patients and caregivers, and assisting in treatment planning.
Requirements include a valid NYS RN license, CPR certification, at least 1 year of home care and RN experience, and reliable transportation.
