Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW

You will

Deliver individual and group therapy for patients with behavioral health and substance use issues

Develop and manage treatment plans from intake to discharge

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to monitor progress and adjust care

Support caregivers in managing addiction-related behaviors

Provide services both in-person and via telehealth across partner facilities

Candidates should have a

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field

Active licensure (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT)

Experience with substance use and co-occurring conditions

Strong communication skills and compassionate team mindset

Willingness to travel between facilities
