Mobile Crisis On-Call Counselor (degreed) – Eyerly Ball

Seeking compassionate Mobile Crisis On-Call Counselors to provide emergency mental health support in community or home settings within a 1-hour response region.

Locations: Algona, IA (weekends, flexible hours). Shifts range from 7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a; on-call pay of $3.25. Join our Virtual Hiring Event on April 9th for interviews.

Responsibilities:

Respond to crisis calls and provide intervention.

Complete documentation per agency policy.

Remain available by phone during shifts and respond within 1-hour region.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma, associate’s or bachelor’s degree, or mental health professional status.

Experience varies: 1-2 years depending on education level.

Valid driver’s license, pass background and abuse checks.
