We are seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Clarksville, TN.
Assess and evaluate patients’ speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive needs within state practice guidelines. Develop and implement therapy plans in collaboration with physicians and the healthcare team. Provide treatment to improve communication and functional abilities, educating patients, families, and caregivers. Must hold an active, unencumbered license, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, and reliable transportation for travel to patient homes.
