Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) for a permanent outpatient role in Aiken, SC.
This position offers an opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care to adults and seniors in a community-focused, collaborative environment with strong support services such as case management, behavioral health integration, and care coordination.
Responsibilities include delivering full-scope care, supporting preventive and chronic disease management, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Qualifications: MD/DO from an accredited institution, active South Carolina license or eligibility, current DEA, BLS certification, and a commitment to health equity.
