Seeking a compassionate Pediatrician for a part-time role (2-3 days/week, potential for full-time) at a Federally Qualified Health Center serving low-income families in the San Fernando Valley area.
Responsibilities include providing high-quality care to infants, children, and adolescents, conducting physical assessments, managing acute and chronic conditions, and supervising mid-level providers and nursing staff. The role involves electronic health record documentation, participation in staff meetings, and adherence to medical standards and policies.
Qualifications: Valid California medical license, board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics, DEA license, bilingual in Spanish preferred, and at least one year of clinic experience. Must demonstrate excellent communication skills and cultural competence. Full-time benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement.
