Evaluate residents to identify speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
Create and implement personalized treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing abilities.
Provide therapy services, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.
Educate residents and families on therapy techniques for continued improvement.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory standards.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current state licensure or eligibility, and preferred CCC-SLP certification. Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting is a plus. The position offers $50.00 – $52.00 per hour, with in-person work.
