This full-time Occupational Therapist position is based at the main campus and involves working with pediatric and adolescent patients, with adult competency as needed.
Responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans, and effectively communicating with patients and caregivers to involve them in goal setting and interventions. Monitoring patient progress, adjusting treatment plans, and determining appropriate discharge timing are key aspects of the role. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals ensures coordinated care, and ongoing professional development is encouraged. The therapist actively participates in team meetings, completes mandatory assignments, and demonstrates the organization’s core values in daily interactions. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, totaling 40 hours per week.
