Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test within the last 12 months
- Minimum of 6 months hands-on nursing experience; new graduates are not eligible
- Reliable transportation is required
