Role: Experienced travel nurse specializing in critical care, floating across multiple units in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities: Provide patient care in Medical ICU, Neuro Critical Care, and other units as needed; handle complex cases such as sepsis, ESRD, AKI requiring CRRT, post-cardiac arrest, and respiratory failure; adhere to staffing ratios and safety protocols.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires 12 months of recent ICU experience (preferably Level 1 or MICU), Massachusetts license, BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale certifications, and a charge/lead reference within 12 months.
Key Duties: Float to designated units, maintain high-quality patient care, comply with vaccination policies, and complete pre-employment modules. Must reside >90 miles from the facility and be available for night shifts.
