We are seeking a Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients, under the supervision of Therapy Leadership. The role includes direct supervision of patients, indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians, and general supervision of PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create treatment plans aligned with departmental policies
- Supervise and collaborate with patients, technicians, and assistants
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care consistent with organizational standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Current or temporary state licensure in Physical Therapy
- Current BLS certification
- Preferred 6 months to 1 year of experience, especially with adult and geriatric populations
Physical requirements include the ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform tasks involving reaching, bending, and kneeling.
