Role: Provides leadership to deliver professional nursing care focused on patient comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities: Utilizes the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver, delegate, supervise, and document patient care and education. Implements medically prescribed interventions.
Qualifications: Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred. Must hold a current RN license and BLS certification; national specialty certification is a plus. Minimum one year of hospital nursing experience required.
Skills: Strong leadership, clinical assessment, care planning, and communication skills.
