Role Overview:
The Center Manager (CM) oversees clinic operations, leading a high-performing, compassionate team to ensure operational excellence and quality patient care in a dialysis setting. They coordinate treatments, collaborate with staff, physicians, and representatives, and maintain high standards of care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate patient care and treatment quality, mentor staff, and promote a patient-centric environment. Set a positive tone that enhances patient outcomes and staff morale. Foster relationships within a multidisciplinary team and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year RN experience and 6 months hemodialysis nursing experience
- Management or supervisory experience preferred
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
- Current RN license in the practice state or per Nursing Licensure Compact rules
