Role Overview:
This position requires a registered nurse responsible for providing patient care in an acute/tertiary healthcare setting. The nurse will work in hospital units and office environments, ensuring safety and compliance with protective protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering quality nursing care to patients of all ages.
- Adhering to universal precautions and infection control protocols.
- Utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Maintaining confidentiality and secure access to patient information.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of an Associate’s degree in Applied Science in Nursing; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- At least two years of experience in an acute or tertiary care environment; five years preferred.
- Current licensure as a NYS Registered Nurse.
Work Environment:
- Work conducted in hospital units and offices, with exposure to controlled environmental conditions.
- Compliance with safety protocols and use of protective gear.
