Role Overview: A Radiologic Technologist – New Graduate provides high-quality diagnostic imaging services in a fast-paced outpatient setting, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure safe, accurate, and patient-centered care.
Main Responsibilities: Perform imaging exams following protocols, verify patient identity, operate imaging equipment, review image quality, adhere to radiation safety standards, and accurately document procedures. Assist and educate patients, maintain infection control, and support team members with exam protocols and equipment operation.
Required Skills & Qualifications: ARRT certification, state licensure, BLS certification, strong knowledge of human anatomy, proficiency with imaging systems, and excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and in teams, prioritize tasks, and maintain a safe, organized workspace.
Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to read labels, operate equipment, assist with patient transfers, and navigate busy environments. Must demonstrate manual dexterity, physical stamina, and effective verbal communication.
