Role: CT Technologist II Acute responsible for preparing patients and operating CT equipment to obtain diagnostic scans in various clinical settings, including acute care, emergency, and operating rooms.
Key Responsibilities: Assist physicians with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as biopsies, drainages, spinal injections, and trauma scans. Work effectively across inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and surgical environments, rotating as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate degree preferred.
- At least one year of CT experience preferred.
- Current ARRT certification in CT (RT(R)(CT), RT(N)(CT), or CNMT) at hire, with certification in CT within 6 months.
- Applicable state licensure required.
- Strong analytical, communication, and basic computer skills.
- Ability to adapt procedures based on patient age and interpret information to meet individual patient care needs.
