We are seeking a Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related health field to support clinical programming at a Crisis Recovery Center.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing direct client care through assessment, treatment planning, individual, family, group, and milieu therapy Developing client, family, peer, and community education programs Coordinating services with healthcare professionals, including physicians or ARNPs Supporting all aspects of clinical programming in a residential setting Qualifications and skills:
Master’s Degree in a relevant field Preferred licensure: LPC, LPA, or LCSW upon hire At least 2 years of clinical experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills This role involves working in various shifts, including full-time evening and per diem options, with a focus on patient-centered, whole-person care in a supportive, inclusive environment.
