We are seeking a part-time Clinical Staff Pharmacist to deliver safe, evidence-based medication therapy in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Responsibilities include: verifying and dispensing medication orders, conducting clinical medication reviews, managing dosing and pharmacokinetics, and supporting transitions of care.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients on medication use and adherence.
- Contribute to quality, safety, and antimicrobial stewardship initiatives.
