Role: Speech Language Pathologist
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home speech, language, cognition, and swallowing services for adults and seniors.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and feeding disorders.
- Develop person-centered care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to promote client safety and independence at home.
