Role: Registered Nurse for the Float Pool – Emergency Services
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to diverse patient populations across multiple emergency departments.
- Assess, plan, and implement care for acute and critically ill patients.
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs, diagnostic results.
- Assist with triage and coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Support patients and families in fast-paced, high-stress environments.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
- Adapt quickly to varied clinical settings and ensure effective communication and teamwork.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current Registered Nurse licensure.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance.
