Role: Overnight CNA in a senior living community, providing compassionate, hands-on care to residents.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with nighttime activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and repositioning.
- Monitoring residents’ comfort and safety closely.
- Taking and recording vital signs accurately.
- Responding promptly to call bells and documenting care in accordance with care plans and regulatory standards.
- Collaborating with nurses and care teams to support residents, including those in memory care.
- Upholding infection control and fall-prevention practices.
- Creating a calm, respectful overnight environment.
