Role: Surgical Technologist II
Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain sterile fields, set up and operate surgical instruments and equipment, assist with patient positioning and draping, handle specimens, and support surgeons and nurses to ensure efficient, patient-centered care.
Adhere to strict infection prevention and safety standards to maintain a safe environment during complex procedures.
Qualifications & Skills: Knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and infection control practices. Ability to anticipate the needs of surgical team members, handle equipment efficiently, and work collaboratively in a dynamic operating room setting.
