Position: Registered Nurse
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to long-term and short-stay residents
- Perform assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Coordinate with physicians, therapists, CNAs, and families
- Monitor resident condition changes and ensure accurate documentation
- Supervise and mentor support staff
- Ensure compliance with regulations
- Promote resident dignity, safety, and comfort
- Contribute to a resident-centered, team-based environment focused on quality of life and rehabilitation outcomes
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current Registered Nurse licensure
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to resident care, safety, and regulatory standards
