Role: Memory Care CNA/CHHA
Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility to residents living with dementia.
- Promote dignity, independence, and emotional well-being of residents.
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions.
- Assist with meals and hydration to ensure proper nutrition.
- Engage residents in meaningful, therapeutic activities.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment.
- Collaborate with nurses, families, and team members to support residents’ needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Compassionate and caring demeanor.
- Experience or training in dementia care preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to observe and report changes accurately.
- Commitment to promoting residents’ dignity and respect.
