Position Overview: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or guidance of a licensed or registered nurse, ensuring professional accountability and coordination with other departments.
Qualifications: Must be a graduate of an accredited practical nursing program with a current LPN license and meet state licensing requirements.
Preferred Certifications: ACLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., BLS, LPN-IV, or other unit-specific certifications, with some requiring completion within specified timeframes.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and kneeling.
