Seeking a Registered Nurse in Home Health to provide patient care in their homes, following physician prescriptions and adhering to regulations.
Responsibilities include
Developing and updating care plans collaboratively with healthcare professionals Supervising care provided by aides and nurses, offering instruction, and conducting supervisory visits Delivering high-quality clinical services within scope of practice and documenting visits accurately Performing comprehensive assessments, ensuring eligibility, and communicating effectively with patients, families, and team members Participating in team activities, orientation, quality improvement, and on-call duties
Qualifications include
Current RN licensure, valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and CPR certification Ability to function effectively in diverse home environments Preferred skills: ability to work independently, strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
