Registered Nurse – Complex Medical

Role Overview: The registered nurse (RN) provides patient-centered care in a general internal medicine unit, overseeing electrocardiogram monitoring and managing patients with diverse acute or chronic health issues. They coordinate nursing care, educate patients and families, and facilitate transitions of care, supporting professional development and leadership activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct patient care and education

Coordinate care plans and discharge processes

Support professional practice and mentorship

Delegate tasks based on skill and acuity

Participate in quality improvement and committee activities

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Minimum one year RN experience

Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills

Proficiency with electronic medical records

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Current RN licensure and BLS certification required

Compensation ranges from $43.84 to $66.84 per hour, with full benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
