Join a dedicated behavioral health team as a Therapist/Counselor, providing patient-centered care in post-acute and long-term care settings.
As part of this organization, you’ll collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers to deliver high-quality therapy, both in-person and via telehealth.
Responsibilities include:
Providing individual and group therapy for behavioral health and substance use challenges. Developing and managing treatment plans from intake to discharge. Monitoring progress and adjusting care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Supporting caregivers in managing addiction-related behaviors. Delivering services across facilities and through telehealth.Requirements:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field. Active licensure as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT. Experience with substance use and co-occurring conditions. Strong communication skills and compassionate approach. Willingness to travel between facilities.
