We invite orthopedic surgeons to work as independent contractors at our onsite location, providing care during 4-hour weekly or biweekly shifts.
Responsibilities include managing complex patients, facilitating return to work, and collaborating with medical and therapy teams to treat musculoskeletal injuries. Surgeons will communicate with employers and participate in case management.
Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, state licensure, MD or DO graduation, unrestricted DEA license, and board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery. Malpractice insurance is required.
Flexible scheduling is offered to accommodate private practice, with compensation based on a revenue share model.
