Seeking a full-time Anesthesiologist with cardiac training or TEE experience for our Hickory division, covering two hospitals and four surgery centers.
Provide anesthetics, including regional techniques, for outpatient surgeries and cardiac cases such as CABGs, valves, and TAVR procedures in a collaborative setting. Conduct patient evaluations, develop anesthesia plans, monitor during procedures, and oversee post-operative recovery. Supervise and mentor nurse anesthetists, interns, residents, and fellows, ensuring safe care and optimal outcomes. Require MD/DO, board eligibility/certification in anesthesiology, NC license, and 3+ years of high-acuity experience. Strong communication, safety focus, and teamwork skills are essential. Work involves frequent patient interaction in a fast-paced environment, with a potential pathway to partnership. EEO policy applies.
