Seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for a therapeutic, student-centered school serving students 5-22 and adults with intellectual disabilities in VT.
Provide direct instruction in social communication, self-advocacy, reading, and writing, and consult on IEPs that focus on the whole child. Develop and manage speech, language, and literacy programming, guiding staff and supervising a small caseload. Qualifications include a Master’s in communication sciences & disorders, ASHA certification, and VT licensure preferred. Experience with students with significant challenges required. Position offers flexible hours, a comprehensive benefits package, and a salary range of $70,000-$80,000 (with pay plus benefits totaling $84,868-$95,412 for 2026–2027).
