Seeking a Nurse Supervisor for 2nd shift to oversee nursing staff, coordinate resident care, and ensure quality standards are met.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, assessing residents, communicating with families and healthcare providers, managing care plans, and performing therapeutic procedures.

Qualifications:

Active Illinois RN license and graduate of an accredited nursing school.

Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Ability to work 24-40 hours weekly, primarily 3:00pm-11:30pm shifts, including every other weekend and holidays.

Physical stamina for walking, standing, and lifting up to 40 lbs, with infection control competency.
