We are seeking a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) to join our Community Health Center, providing outpatient primary care and behavioral health services.
This role focuses on integrating Substance Use Services into the primary care setting, including developing treatment plans and coordinating care.Responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing individual, group, and family therapy, and supporting medication-assisted treatment (MAT).The LAC collaborates with medical providers, serves as a resource on Substance Use issues, and ensures clinical documentation is accurate and timely.Requires Montana LAC license, at least 1 year of addiction counseling experience, and ability to work in Hamilton, MT, with relocation if necessary.p>Full-time position with benefits including health insurance, 403(b) matching, paid time off, and more.
