Role Overview: Responsible for planning and implementing physical therapy treatment programs across all age groups, from neonatal to geriatric, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is mandatory, especially for certifications after 2015.
Certifications & Licenses:
- Licensed Physical Therapist.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, to be obtained within ninety days of starting.
