PACE Physician

Now hiring a Physician for a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) in Fort Smith, Arkansas, focused on delivering compassionate, high-quality, person-centered care to older adults.

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to improve participant health, independence, and quality of life.
  • Provide comprehensive primary and geriatric care tailored to individual needs.
  • Collaborate with nurses, social workers, and therapists to deliver integrated, value-based care.
  • Contribute to quality improvement and patient-centered initiatives at the system level.
