Join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team as a skilled Speech Therapist (Speech-Language Pathologist).
Evaluate residents for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing abilities. Provide therapy services, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care. Educate residents and families on therapy techniques for ongoing support. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory standards. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain. CCC-SLP preferred. Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting is a plus. Pay: $50.00 – $52.00/hour.
