We are seeking a compassionate full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our acute Rehab team, working days with flexible hours based on patient needs.

Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.

Conduct bedside swallow evaluations, recommend diets, and educate patients and families.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, and rehab team members to ensure quality care.

Accurately document evaluations, progress, and discharge summaries while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and care planning.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree, current state licensure, and preferred CCC-SLP or CFY, with prior acute care experience beneficial.
