Speech Language Pathologist – (SLP) – FT – Home Health -Clarksville

We are seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Clarksville, TN.

  • Assess and evaluate patients’ speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive needs within state practice scope.
  • Develop and implement therapy plans in collaboration with physicians and healthcare team members.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on speech therapy techniques and exercises.
  • Provide services in patients’ homes, requiring reliable transportation and daily travel within the area.

    • Must-have qualifications include an active speech pathology license, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, and a valid driver’s license.
