We are seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Clarksville, TN.
Assess and evaluate patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders.
Develop and implement treatment plans in coordination with healthcare team members.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and communication strategies.
Provide services within state scope of practice and in line with the patient’s plan of care.
Evaluate patient function using diagnostic tests and assist physicians in planning care.
Must hold an active, unencumbered license, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, and reliable transportation.
