The Advanced Nurse Clinician/Physician Assistant provides patient assessments, administers treatments based on physician orders or standard practices, and offers advice and counseling to patients or their guardians regarding health issues.
Under supervision, they demonstrate knowledge of psychosocial needs, clinical assessment, and the impact of medical technology, excluding the practice of obtaining informed consent.
Requirements include a Master’s Degree, licensure in Tennessee, and preferred 1-3 years of experience.
This full-time position is located at a medical center’s Endocrinology department, working Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
