We are seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our acute Rehab team on a full-time, day shift with flexible hours based on patient needs.
Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
Conduct bedside swallow assessments, recommend diets, and educate patients and families.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, and rehab team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Accurately document evaluations, progress, and discharge summaries, and participate in interdisciplinary care planning.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current state licensure, and preferable CCC-SLP or CFY. Previous acute care experience is a plus.
