Role: Rehab Physical Therapist
Responsibilities:
Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment programs to restore function, enhance mobility, and reduce pain.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and families about treatment plans and progress.
