Role: Acute Care New Grad RN
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, patient-first care to diverse adult patients
- Perform assessments and administer medications
- Support patient recovery and safety through direct bedside care
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care
- Participate in structured orientation and preceptorship programs
- Engage in continuous learning to develop clinical skills in a supportive environment
Qualifications & Skills:
- Recent nursing graduate with a license to practice as an RN
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to providing quality, safe patient care
- Willingness to learn and grow within a team-focused setting
