Role: Registered Nurse in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based critical care to post-surgical and high-acuity patients.
- Manage ventilators, infusions, and complex patient monitoring.
- Perform thorough assessments and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and provide patient and family education.
- Ensure safety protocols and infection control standards are maintained.
- Collaborate closely with intensivists and surgeons to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current Registered Nurse licensure.
- Experience in critical care or surgical intensive care preferred.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
