Role: Lead Teacher
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans
- Lead daily classroom routines to promote a safe and nurturing environment
- Observe, assess, and document children’s progress
- Communicate regularly with families about children’s development
- Collaborate with a supportive team to enhance learning experiences
