Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician

Join an experienced team as a *Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM & R) Physician* at a Level 1 Trauma Center in Buffalo, NY.

Provide care for approximately 10 inpatients, collaborating on individualized, patient-centered plans.

Lead CARF-accredited Medical Rehabilitation Unit & Outpatient Clinic, contributing to quality improvement activities.

Work closely with admission screeners to identify patients for admission via referral or consultative model.

Enjoy outpatient opportunities and influence departmental vision and program development.

Schedule includes full-time hours, flexible shifts, and on-call as needed. Qualifications require MD or DO with BC/BE in PM&R. Compensation ranges from $260K-$370K plus benefits such as sign-on bonus, relocation, malpractice insurance, PTO, CME, health and retirement plans, and loan assistance.

Must be licensed or eligible to practice in NY, with a commitment to relocate to Buffalo with employer support. In-person role with diverse scheduling options.
